                9.    Will trained staff be handling your remediation?

Also, it is probably best to hire an attorney or other professional experienced with mold infestations when dealing with large and expensive mold problems. Though this may cost some money, it may well be worth it compared to the potential danger of losing the value of a home or commercial building.
