Travis M. Parks earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of
Houston Law Center and his Bachelors of Business Administration in
Marketing from Texas State University in San Marcos.
During law school, Parks’ many accomplishments include being a
quarterfinalist in the Blakely Butler Moot Court Competition, mediating
cases for the Harris County Justice of the Peace Courts, and holding
various officer positions in The Student Bar Association and the
Corporate and Taxation Legal Society.
While earning his Juris Doctorate, Parks gained additional work
experience as a research assistant for Associate Dean Richard Alderman.
During his time as a research assistant Parks was responsible for
identifying, researching and then communicating consumer-related legal
issues from individuals seeking assistance through “The People’s Lawyer”
website, radio, and television programs. |
