  • Are they beholden to an insurance company?

• Is it a large company or do they have insurance?

  • Will they be around in the future?

• Will they guaranty their results?

  • Safe Levels of Exposure

  • Protect Property Value

• Will they act promptly in testing?

  • When will they collect samples

  • When will the results be ready

• Will they provide you copies of any and all test results as soon as available?

• Has competent staff with education and experience?
