Whistleblower Reward Program Resources

  • SEC Whistleblower Program Overview – Provides an overview of the SEC’s whistleblower program, which rewards individuals who report violations of federal securities laws and protects them from retaliation.
  • SEC Whistleblower Notices of Covered Actions – Lists SEC enforcement actions with sanctions over $1 million, allowing whistleblowers to apply for potential monetary awards.
  • CFTC Whistleblower Program – The official portal for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s whistleblower program, which rewards individuals who report violations of the Commodity Exchange Act, including fraud, market manipulation, and insider trading in derivatives markets.
  • CFTC Notices of Covered Actions – Lists enforcement actions by the CFTC that may qualify whistleblowers for financial awards. This is where whistleblowers can check to see if they are eligible to apply for an award.
