Mark Unger is general civil litigator that handles family law disputes and criminal defense matters.  As a family lawyer, Mr. Unger helps his clients in divorces, custody disputes, adoptions, and other family law matters. As a criminal lawyer, Mr. Unger defends people that are accused of criminal conduct including driving while intoxicate (DWI), driving under the influence (DUI), wrongful possession, theft, and/or other criminal matters.

As a Texas Lawyer Mr. Unger handles a variety of cases in the Austin and San Antonio area. He is also extremely active and has taken a leading role in assisting the Texas Bar to utilize new technology including the implentation of Electronic Filing (E-Filing).
